The terms that apply when using FEOC Africa website pages, public resources, forms, donations, and linked services.
These terms apply to your use of the Fixing Each Other's Crown website and public digital services. By using this website, submitting a form, registering interest in an event, downloading a resource, or following a linked service, you agree to use the site lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended community and organisational purposes.
FEOC provides website content for general information, outreach, event awareness, programme communication, and community engagement. We aim to keep information current, but event dates, venues, prices, programmes, resources, and partner details may change.
When you submit a contact, newsletter, or event registration form, you must provide accurate information and must not submit spam, harmful content, automated abuse, impersonation, or unlawful material. FEOC may reject, rate-limit, or remove submissions that appear abusive, incomplete, or unrelated to our work.
Event participation may be subject to additional requirements shared by FEOC or the event venue. Donations, payments, social platforms, maps, forms, or other linked services may be operated by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, payment rules, and security practices.
FEOC lets donors select an amount on this website, then transfers them to Yoco's secure hosted checkout to enter payment details and complete any required card verification. FEOC does not receive or store payment card details. FEOC records the donation amount, currency, internal and Yoco transaction references, status, and timestamps for confirmation, support, accounting, and reconciliation.
Returning to an FEOC success page does not by itself prove that payment succeeded. FEOC treats a donation as complete only after a signed server notification from Yoco has been verified. Refund and transaction questions should be sent to accounts@feoc.africa with the FEOC or Yoco reference.
FEOC does not claim that every rand is spent directly on a programme. Responsible nonprofit delivery can include approved operational, safeguarding, administration, payment-processing, and reporting costs.
Website text, images, logos, publications, designs, and downloadable resources belong to FEOC or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, sell, republish, or modify FEOC materials for commercial use without written permission.
Website content is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, or emergency advice. People facing immediate danger or requiring professional support should contact emergency services, qualified professionals, or appropriate support organisations.
We work to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You must not attempt to bypass protections, test the site destructively, upload malicious content, scrape forms, or interfere with the website or related systems.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@feoc.africa.
